We will not carry out any works on your property until you have decided to sign up to our network via your preferred broadband provider. When we bring our fibre network to your street, we leave connectors that allow us to connect the fibre to your property when you’re ready. This can be done in several ways. We can use existing ducting underground to feed our cables through to your property or use existing overground poles. If these options are not possible, we will discuss the options with you to find the best way to get you connected.
