As part of our deep commitment to creating a sustainable and equitable environment, we took the decision to track and reduce our carbon footprint and environmental impact across our operations. Together with Southampton Business School, we have produced Spring Fibre’s inaugural GRI Sustainability Report. This initiative underlines our commitment to transparency and sustainability, enabling us to better communicate and improve our ESG impact.
Southampton Business School (SBS) is the first UK University to be accredited by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) to deliver sustainability reporting training and is leading the way on embedding sustainable accounting practices; using sustainability reporting to assess, measure and generate plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Collaborating with Southampton University allows us to integrate first-class academic research together with practical industry insights from the Spring team.
