Today, as we celebrate our beautiful planet and reflect on the importance of environmental conservation, we are excited to announce a special initiative to make a positive impact within our own communities.
In honour of Earth Day, we’re launching a tree-planting initiative aimed at greening our surroundings and fostering a healthier environment for future generations. We invite our dedicated workforce to join us in this meaningful endeavour. Starting this spring, we encourage each team member to #GoGreen and plant one tree in their garden or any other permitted space. Whether it’s a backyard, a community garden, or a local park, every tree planted contributes to a brighter, greener future. As a mostly remote workforce, team members will support their local garden centres and choose the best British native tree for their location.
By coming together to plant trees, we’re not only offsetting carbon emissions but also creating habitats for wildlife, improving air quality, and enhancing the beauty of our surroundings. Additionally, this initiative provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature and make a tangible difference in our communities.
We aim to create a ripple effect. Our team will undoubtedly share this initiative with friends and neighbours, who might be inspired to plant their own trees.
